Pay range: $24.44 - $27.44
In this role you will be responsible for:
Successfully completing duties on Lease Unit Check-In Form and Inbound Preventative Maintenance Form
Working with limited to no supervision
Ability to patch and repair composition, metal, and rubber roofing
Ability to patch and repair interior wall covering, ceilings, and flooring
Completing training for powered yard equipment
Ability to train new hires in Tech 1 responsibilities
Removing and replacing exterior doors (prehung, knock down, welded) and interior doors (prehung, knock down, mod wall)
Handling entry levers, deadbolts, door hardware, and windows (vinyl & aluminum)
Removing and replacing lighting components, electrical outlets, load centers, and plumbing fixtures
Managing restroom fixtures, flooring, HVAC components, and axles (hubs & bearings, brake & brake wiring, axle install, hitch install & removal)
Handling interior and exterior wall coverings, roofing repairs, T-grid removal & replacement, and load-out of complexes
Assisting with lot set-up of mobile and modular units
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience working as a Carpenter, Foreman, or Field/Customer Service representative with limited to no supervision
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems
Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair
Provide an acceptable driver’s abstract and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per Pacific Mobile standards
Ability to be certified on forklifts and scissor lifts
Help branch to achieve annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals
Physical Requirements:
Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to pick-up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
Work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
