Service Technician

To be successful in this role, masterful hands and knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry are important parts of your skillset. We'll rely on you to meet our quality standards for mobile office units to maintain the customer satisfaction that we strive for. Organizing and maintaining common work areas. Removing and replacing lighting components, plumbing fixtures, door hardware, etc. Painting interior and exterior of mobile offices General cleaning of interior and exterior of mobile office. Preparing and loading units with foundation materials, furniture, and entry systems. Other duties as assigned.   Skills/Qualifications: Intermediate level Carpenter skills, working with limited to no supervision. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Knowledge of electrical and or mechanical systems. Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Ability to operate forklifts and scissor lifts. Provide an acceptable driver’s abstract and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable. driving record per Pacific Mobile standards.   Physical Requirements: Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment. Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for up to 8 hours. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Work outside in all weather conditions. Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week if needed.
