Become an integral member of the Pacific Mobile Structures Construction Services Team. Complete a thorough training of our division’s operational procedures. Be assigned to work with a Project Manager and project coordinator to execute various construction projects. Learn how commercial modular structures are assembled and installed. Develop relationships with our vendors and customers. Be directly involved with the assembling of estimates/bids on various projects. Job Functions and Responsibilities: Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Communicate with project team regarding any change order directives. Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work. Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution. Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite. Perform the superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team. Walk projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning. • Preside over subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work. Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner. Perform job progress and completion punch list identification through completion. Provide site inspections that will assist the estimating team with the budgeting, bidding, and award of subcontracts. Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions. Provide the project team accurate job progress, and schedules. • Identify areas of work that are outside of subcontracted scope. Preside at pre-construction meeting. Communicate using the following tools: telephone, written logs, email, computer, Phones/Pads devices. Education, Experience and Requirements: Project Management software applications such as: Procore, SAGE 300, Dynamics 365, or other construction management software applications. Minimum of 5 years of verifiable site management experience. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, teams) Adobe and Blue Beam Review Understanding of California Prevailing wage and labor classifications Competency reading and understanding civil and building plans and specifications. Experience in commercial construction and full site development - grading, excavation, utility concrete, etc. Ability to read and interpret documents such as Safety protocols, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees. Strong communication skills, including ability to identify and convey requirements of the project. Ability to collaborate with the team. Thorough knowledge of construction trades.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
