Auto Repair shop manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and team members. This role requires a proactive approach to managing store performance, developing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

• Lead and manage daily shop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Train and develop team members through effective employee orientation and ongoing training programs.
• Oversee retail sales activities, including monitoring cash register operations and ensuring accurate transactions.
• Foster a positive team environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong background in wireless sales is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.

• Proficiency in math for handling cash register operations and financial transactions.
