Responsibilities:
- Officiate flag football games with professionalism and fairness.
- Enforce league rules and ensure a safe playing environment.
- Manage game flow, including start times, clock management, and penalty enforcement.
- Communicate clearly with coaches, players, and spectators.
- Maintain control of the game while promoting a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Report game scores and any incidents to league staff.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of flag football rules (training provided if needed).
- Ability to manage and officiate games in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from game locations.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
