You will spend a large amount of time interacting with individuals to help them with inquiries and questions, while displaying excellent customer service. You will learn the governing documents and implementation methods of applicable requirements and assist with developing solutions, tasks, and other actions. You will provide guidance to processors within the document management team on situations that are complex and assist in developing solutions that meet compliance requirements and deliver effectiveness.
This position requires the ability to acquire, review, analyze, and process sensitive information. You will handle business sensitive information and demonstrate discretion and good operational security. There are multiple possibilities for configuration management, and you will be expected to identify the solution to a variety of complex problems and explain the appropriate resolution to staff. You will be expected to exercise judgment and apply solutions in determining appropriate actions. You will coordinate the standardized process of the individual components of a document and its deployment.
This position is a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at the PNNL Richland Campus.
