Tire and Lube Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire services, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair, contributing to the overall efficiency of our service operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles.
• Conduct tire services, including installation, rotation, and balancing.
• Assist in general automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other service technicians to align on best practices and improve workflow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during service operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in vehicle maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques is a plus.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
