Position
We are looking for a Advanced Copier Technician to join our service team in the Boise, ID area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Boise and surrounding areas.
We are looking for experienced technicians but are willing to train the right person for entry-level roles too.
Essential Job Duties
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
- Experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers
- Strong computer knowledge
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
