Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. A successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality reports on a variety of topics to help drive business decisions, analyze data sets, identify trends and patterns, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze large datasets
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven approaches
  • Collaborate with other team members, including project managers and analysts, to ensure that reports meet needs, objectives and are completed on time
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure data integrity
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
