Part-Time Lead Carpenter

We are a growing development and property management firm in Seattle, working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. From full-scale renovations to quick property upgrades, we handle it all. Our team is looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to take on consistent, part-time work with flexible scheduling.

If you're an experienced carpenter looking for steady, hands-on work without the hassle of chasing clients, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of carpentry and construction tasks, including framing, drywall, finish work, cabinetry, flooring, and general remodeling.
• Lead small teams and coordinate with skilled laborers and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and job site plans.
• Work on both residential and commercial properties from rental turnovers to full remodels.
• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship while ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Manage materials, tools, and job site organization.

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of hands-on carpentry and construction experience. Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry installation.
• Comfortable working independently or leading a small crew.
• Own set of tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and ability to work on occupied properties when needed.
• Experience in kitchen & bathroom remodels.
