What Youll Do :
- Perform a variety of carpentry and construction tasks including framing drywall finish work cabinetry flooring and general remodeling.
- Lead small teams and coordinate with skilled laborers and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints scopes of work and job site plans .
- Work on both residential and commercial properties from rental turnovers to full remodels.
- Maintain highquality craftsmanship while ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Manage materials tools and job site organization.
