Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior remodeling work, including framing, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry installation.
- Renovate kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and rental units based on project needs.
- Install doors, windows, trim, and finish carpentry.
- Work with Lead Carpenters and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites.
- Troubleshoot construction challenges and recommend solutions.
- 5 years of remodeling, carpentry, or general construction experience.
- Strong skills in framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and trim work.
- Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and follow project plans.
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and construction site safety.
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Experience in tile work, plumbing, or electrical installations.
- Knowledge of rental property turnover renovations.
- Consistent part-time work with no seasonal slowdowns.
