We are a fastgrowing development and property management firm in Seattle working on residential and commercial renovations remodels and property upgrades. We need Skilled Laborers to support our projects with handson construction and property maintenance work.
This is a parttime flexible role with consistent hoursperfect for someone looking to gain experience stay busy or supplement other work.
Responsibilities
- Assist with carpentry demolition drywall flooring and general remodeling.
- Load unload and move materials tools and debris on job sites.
- Support Lead Carpenters and Handymen with daytoday tasks.
- Perform basic painting patching caulking and prep work.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.
- Work on occupied and vacant rental properties ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
