About the Executive Assistant position

In this role, you'll be responsible for everything from managing the office to assisting clients, managing office correspondence, supporting bookkeeping, and transaction support. We're looking for someone confident in their abilities, who enjoys handling a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. A background in real estate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the owner in all areas
  • Maintaining database management systems
  • Screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Producing reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Assisting clients and delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Tracking expenses and creating budgets
  • Lead management assistance
  • Marketing listings, business, and team through social media and other avenues
  • Helping clients through the closing process
  • Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and apps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service focus and strong problem-solving abilities
  • College degree and social media experience a plus
  • Willingness to obtain a real estate license (reimbursed by the agent)
  • Ability to handle strong personalities and work independently
