Job Summary :
The Acquisitions and Development Associate will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities. This individual will focus on sourcing acquisitions, underwriting deals, and managing development efforts post-acquisition to enhance asset value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate investment, financial modeling, and project management. This position will start as part-time (20-30 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role as Pacific Partners continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities :
Acquisitions & Deal Sourcing :
- Identify and source acquisition opportunities, including off-market and brokered deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, lenders, and real estate professionals to generate deal flow.
- Conduct market research and analyze investment trends to support acquisition strategy.
- Assist in negotiations, structuring transactions, and closing deals.
