Inside Sales Representative Automotive Performance Parts

PPE Power (Pacific Performance Engineering) is leading the way in high-performance diesel and gasoline drive train technologies for Chevy, Ford, Dodge. We are looking for aggressive, positive attitude full-time candidates. This is a base salary bonus position for candidates that are serious about long-term growth.

Position Duties

• Develop relationships with existing and prospect buyers (not a telemarketing position)
• Develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Initiate sales correspondence, prepare and present professional proposals to new customers
• Close sales and handle wholesale and retail customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues along with product tech support.
• Enter and process customer orders, quotes, and returns
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, attend product knowledge meetings, and work and interact with all employees, customers
• Detail-oriented and excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
• Report weekly progress to sales manager and team.
• Some travel possible as directed by Manager.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skill Requirements

• 1-year of automotive sales experience or mechanic experience required
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Automotive Knowledge is preferred - Automotive enthusiast is a plus
• Preferred to have mechanical knowledge of diesel and gas engines
• Must have strong PC skills and experience with MS Office.
• Must be Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills.
