Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Oversee project documentation and reporting
Skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Project Site, McCormick and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project scheduling
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and drawings
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Electrical Construction projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
- Manage large scale Electrical Projects
- Manage Transportation Projects
- Maintain established business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Assemble the Project Contract Billing process as Project Manager and review with client
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and Company Standards are followed
- Manage project budgets to align with quarterly goals of business
- Oversee of weekly Cost to Complete report updates
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant team members on the project progress
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project Site and McCormick Estimating.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask while maintaining efficiency and productivity
- Comfortable working with multiple groups within business
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
