Web Developer and IT Tech Support
A Web Developer is a professional responsible for the upkeep, design and construction of websites. They ensure that web sites meet user expectations by ensuring they look good, run smoothly, and offer easy access points with no loading issues between pages or error messages. Additionally, some job duties of IT Tech support professionals typically include creating new computer systems, networks, and applications or finding software errors through troubleshooting. Additionally, IT Tech Support professionals will be responsible for the onsite setup of computers/monitors, printers, new employee work stations, and any other tasks assigned by management. The person in this position can be involved in various tasks depending on their roles and the company's needs. The candidate for this role can expect to work with computer-based information systems, software, and hardware, typically by designing, developing, and managing them.
Responsibilities
· Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices
· Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
· Experience in creating conceptual models, use wireframes, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, prototypes, empathy maps, product roadmaps, style guides, and specification documents as part of a comprehensive design strategy
· Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
· Work professionally and collaboratively with all members of the team
· Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
· Spreadsheet experience
· Photo editing experience
· Mechanical aptitude
· Identify technical problems and deploy the appropriate IT solutions; new employee station set up, computer/monitor/printer set up
· Designing computer-based systems or programs
· PC repair and printer troubleshooting experience preferred
· Reliable and attention to detail is a must
· IT certification/computer science degree preferred
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
