Web Developer and IT Support

A Web Developer is a professional who is responsible for the upkeep, design and construction of websites. They ensure that sites meet user expectations by ensuring they look good, run smoothly and offer easy access points with no loading issues between pages or error messages. Additionally, the key job duties of IT support professionals typically include creating new computer systems, networks, and applications or finding software errors through troubleshooting. The person in this position can be involved in various tasks depending on their roles and the company's needs. The candidate for this role can expect to work with computer-based information systems, software, and hardware, typically by designing, developing, and managing them.

Responsibilities

· Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices

· Integrating data from various back-end services and databases

· Experience in creating conceptual models, use wireframes, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, prototypes, empathy maps, product roadmaps, style guides, and specification documents as part of a comprehensive design strategy

· Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

· Create and maintain software documentation

· Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site

· Spreadsheet experience

· Photo editing experience

· Mechanical aptitude

· Identify technical problems and deploy the appropriate IT solutions

· Designing computer-based systems or programs

· Identifying user needs with technology

· Reliable and attention to detail is a must

· IT certification/computer science degree preferred

PC repair and printer troubleshooting experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
