Job Summary :
We seek a highly skilled and experienced diesel mechanic to join our team in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with diesel engines, the ability to read schematics and perform diagnostics, and strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone willing to travel between our locations in White City and Klamath Falls, Oregon when needed.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of diesel engines and other heavy machinery
- Diagnose and repair faults in diesel engines and associated systems
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair diesel engines
- Ensure all repairs are carried out in accordance with relevant safety regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on equipment and machinery
- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
