What will you do as a Server?
- Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately, and input into the POS in a timely manner.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all residents.
- Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
- Help in the back of the house at the end of food service if needed.
- Reset tables for the next meal service.
- Attend all service staff meetings to address problems, concerns, or plans.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- Customer service focus, a big smile, and compassion for our residents.
- Team player attitude and love working with people!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Food Handler's Permit/Serve Safe or ability to obtain (per state regulations).
- Previous experience in food service or other customer-related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary!
