As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain chillers, cooling towers, associated pumps, valves, control devices, air handler units, split systems, and package units. Depending on the project, you will perform these tasks as part of a team or independently. In this multi-trade role, you will have the opportunity to learn and become proficient in various trades, ensuring the seamless operation of the facility. Additionally, you will conduct daily inspections and complete required documentation for systems and equipment, including elevators / escalators, fire sprinkler systems, doors, and chiller plant operations, while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
