How You’ll Do It
The role involves ensuring building maintenance follows cost-effective inventory practices while maintaining the highest quality of service when working with applicants, residents, vendors, staff, and community and governmental agencies. Responsibilities include repairing both interior and exterior building needs such as plumbing, windows, carpets, painting, work order requests, and apartment renovations. Additionally, the position requires securing bids and products from suppliers and contractors to guarantee the highest quality, lowest price, and best service. The role also involves performing apartment renovations, inspections, painting, carpet cleaning, and overall maintenance.

Compensation: $20.75 - $21.25 / hr DOE

About You
- Significant skills and knowledge of the maintenance and repair field. Skills in the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Ability to read, speak, write and follow oral and written directions.
- Strong organizational and human relations skills.
Compensation: $20.75 - $21.25 / hr DOE
