Overview :
The Vice President of Finance & Administration (VPFA) is a key leadership role at PSR, reporting directly to the President. The VPFA is responsible for leading and directing PSR’s financial planning and operations, human resources, IT, and facilities. This role is critical in strategic decision-making and operations as PSR continues to enhance its financial health through high-quality programming and creative revenue enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead a strategic and comprehensive financial plan to ensure long-term financial stability by maximizing revenue drivers and supporting strong financial management and efficiency.
- Effectively manage the outsource relationship with CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) for finance, bookkeeping, financial aid, and human resources.
- Lead the financial planning for a campus renovation plan that leverages partnerships to meet the institutional mission and financial goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial reporting, advising the executive team, President, and Board of Trustees on the impact of long-range financial and organizational planning.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agents to provide financial information / reports to accomplish strategic initiatives.
- Oversee grant management, including policies, award set-up, expenditures, reporting, and close out.
- Support a hybrid workforce and strengthen talent development and employee experience, overseeing HR policies, compliance, compensation systems, and risk management.
- Manage partnerships with organizations leasing campus property and student housing, ensuring strong partnership and financial benefit to PSR’s mission.
- Serve as the staff to the finance and investment committees of the Board of Trustees and actively participate in formulating fiscal and managerial policies and decisions.

Compensation and Benefits :
PSR offers a salary between $140,000 and $160,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, along with a generous employment benefits package. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, working from campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays plus some additional days each month.
