We are looking for a candidate who can start immediately and then join the rest of the intern cohort in June to participate in a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, Oregon, where you'll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Key Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements for our Creative Services Team, understand project goals, and define project scope.
- Develop detailed graphic design and other creative project timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
- Estimate project budget and manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate project updates, timelines, and any necessary changes to clients.
- Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and address issues proactively.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, developers) to ensure accurate production and delivery of final design assets.
- Manage file formats, version control, and project documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on final deliverables before client approval.
- Conduct client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Assist team in photo shoots and other activities to complete projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
