Pacific Security is looking for Flex Unarmed Security Officers. Our Security Officers are physically and mentally engaged as they conduct patrols, investigate sites, and create incident reports. Pacific Security provides all the necessary training.
Flex Security Officers are willing to work at different site locations around the Snohomish County area.
We are seeking people with excellent time-management skills, an ability to be active outdoors for long periods of time (regardless of the weather conditions) and a positive attitude.
Pacific Security has specialized in commercial and industrial security services since 1972. Understanding that our security team is the face of Pacific Security, we aim to hire and develop individuals that maintain professionalism and provide excellent standards of service. We offer free optional quarterly training courses for employees wanting to advance in a security career.

- 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in the U.S.
- Pass a Department of Licensing Background Check

- The pay rate for many sites is $18 per hour, is this acceptable?
- The state Department of Licensing will not issue a security license if you have had a gross misdemeanor or a felony conviction in the last 5 years and can still deny applications for anything older than 5 years depending on the conviction. Do you understand that there will be a background check?
