Pacific Security is hiring a full-time Field Supervisor for our Security Guard team. Supervisors travel to client sites to conduct inspections, mentor security officers and provide emergency response. Applicants must be able to keep a cool demeanor in stressful situations and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. Those with previous supervisory and security experience are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Duties:

· Conduct on-site security officer inspections and post order compliance

· Perform on-site job training

· Write incident reports and administer corrective action (if needed)

· Navigate timekeeping and operations computer applications

· Handle call offs and scheduling issues as they arise

· Create non-scripted solutions to issues and execute decisions with minimal oversight

· Respond to client requests

· Perform security officer duties and emergency response

Minimum Requirements:

· Open Availability

· At least one year of supervisory experience

· 23 years or older with driver’s license

· Work history that demonstrates committed employment

· Professional customer service history

· Clean driving history

· Clean criminal background and drug screen

· Able to speak, read and write effectively in English
