- Upfit trucks and vans with various equipment, including custom shelving and modifications according to customer specifications.
- Safely and efficiently use hand tools and power tools.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the upfitting process.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure functionality after upfitting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are safely stored.
- Document all work performed and report any discrepancies or needed repairs.
Skills:
- Experience in truck and van upfitting, including installing shelving, racks, and lights.
- Proficient in the safe use of various hand and power tools.
- Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure.
- Familiarity with truck and van restoration projects is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Punctual and reliable.

Retirement
