The Outside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing business with existing customers by increasing their spending and expanding service utilization. This role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance business volume, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. While the primary objective is maximizing revenue from current accounts, the representative is also expected to capture new customer opportunities as they arise. Success in this role requires an initiative-taking, purposeful professional with effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales & Business Growth:
- Drive sales of Collision, Paint, Graphics, and Mechanics services.
- Focus on increasing business volume from existing customers.
- Identify and capitalize on the latest sales opportunities within the current customer base.
- Capture new customer opportunities when they arise.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to encourage additional business.
- Ensure prominent levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through initiative-taking communication.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively.
- Sales Execution & Job Flow Management:
- Ensure no sales-related stoppages occur for jobs under your responsibility.
- Quickly return answers to all stakeholders as issues arise.

Prevent jobs from becoming lost, stuck, or delayed by maintaining initiative-taking oversight.
- Reporting & Accountability:
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills
- Required:
- Proven record in sales, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License with the ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight.
- Preferred:
- Experience in car, truck, van, semi-truck, and trailer collision repairs, with a strong understanding of repair processes and strategies to help customers maximize up time.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience (5 years).
