Salary and Benefits

• Our competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year reflects our commitment to fair compensation for our drivers' hard work and expertise.

• Average weekly miles of 3,200 - 3,800 ensure our drivers have a healthy balance between work and home life, while regular home time guarantees days off every 1.5 to 2 days.

• Additional pickups and drops are compensated at a rate of $35.00 each, in addition to standard mileage pay.

Driver Requirements

• A valid Class-A CDL is mandatory for this position, accompanied by at least 18 months of verifiable Class-A OTR experience, ensuring our drivers possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
• Must speak English fluently and have a good MVR and driving history, critical components for success in this position.
• No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 5 years are permitted, and our SAP policy is strictly enforced, emphasizing our commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible driving environment.
