What are the responsibilities and job description for the AMFT position at Pacific Shores?
DO YOU LOVE HELPING PEOPLE HEAL... AND GETTING TO SEE THE RESULTS FROM YOUR WORK EVERY DAY?
THE PROBLEM IS MOST THERAPISTS DESIRE AUTONOMY AND JUST WANT TO HELP THEIR CLIENTS HEAL, BUT WORKING FOR A BIG CORPORATION GETS IN THE WAY, OR BRANCHING OUT ON THEIR OWN TAKES TOO LONG TO BUILD A COMPLETE PRACTICE
THAT'S WHY WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY-OWNED OPERATION THAT HAS BUILT A TEAM WHOSE PRIMARY GOAL IS TO HELP THE CLIENT HEAL!!!!
OUR TEAM COMES TO WORK EACH DAY WITH PURPOSE AND PASSION!
THERE IS A FAMILY FEEL WHERE EVERYONE TRULY ENJOYS BEING AROUND EACHOTHER!
We are a treatment center interviewing for that Inspired Associate Therapist who is enjoys the fast pace involvement in helping others heal from their addiction.
Our team of therapists report absolutely loving being a part of the company and some have been with the company for 7 years, and the other 5 years.
We blend multiple modalities to ensure our clients are healing through the work from CBT, DBT, Experiential, and more….
· IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO AND LIVE WITH THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES, THEN YOU WILL FIND YOUR HOME WITH US AND WILL THRIVE IN THE ENVIRONMENT WE CREATE DAILY HERE. OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT OF DOING WHAT WE SAY WOULD BE DONE. IN OTHER WORDS, MODEL THE EXAMPLE. HERE ARE OUR PRINCIPLES:
· Accountability means if you see it, own It, solve it and do it!
· Become part of the solution.
· Respect others and their feelings.
· Ask "what else can I do? And “where else can I improve?"
· Reject the thought of average or just enough.
· Show others you truly care.
· Remain coachable. The driving mindset asks where can I get better and what can I learn to grow.
We also want to ensure that you are looking for a place to work that you actually LOVE WHO YOU WORK WITH!
