Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative position is a key communication link between the customer, our outside sales representatives, and internal operations. In this position you will be expected to acquire detailed product knowledge that will enable you to translate a customer request into an accurate and timely quote.
Position Type
- Full Time 40 Hours/wk. Partially paid employee medical
- Work Schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- Occasional additional hours as need
Responsibilities Include:
- Being the voice of the company in direct customer contact via telephone and email.
- Communicating outside sales representatives via email or telephone
- Developing complex technical product quotes within an ERP system
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior exposure to ERP systems a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask
- Strong work ethic
- 3 Years of applicable experience
- Technical aptitude is a big plus
