We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team and lead with heart and excellence.
Position Summary:
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and daily operations on assigned shifts, ensuring high standards of resident care and compliance with all healthcare regulations. This role is ideal for a motivated RN with leadership experience who thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
- Monitor clinical performance, mentor team members, and provide in-service training as needed.
- Oversee medication administration, care planning, and implementation of physician orders.
- Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance in critical situations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, interdisciplinary team members, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Current Hawaii RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (LTC or pediatric experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.
