Pacific Skin and Cosmetic Dermatology Is looking for a part-time, licensed esthetician for our San Francisco and Corte Madera location.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high caliber esthetic treatments including:
- HydraFacial, chemical peels, brow & lash services, dermaplaning
- Provide clients appropriate recommendations on at-home care as well as facial frequency
- Must be willing to learn about and speak knowledgably regarding all aesthetic services in our practice
- Willingness to train on advanced aesthetic services, within license limits
- Ability to recognize clients’ needs and customize individual care
- Build and retain a strong clientele following for a productive daily service schedule
- Maintain clean and presentable areas, treatment room, and practice proper sanitation methods
- Develop extensive product knowledge, convert services and sales to hit monthly production goals
- Educate clients on aesthetic services, promote specials and cross refer to advanced providers
- Document all patient encounters in EMR, high computer literacy required
- Collect payment for services via square
- Schedule follow up appointments
- Light front desk work such as checking patients in and out, scheduling, answering phone calls
- Deliver appointments in a timely manner
Job Qualifications:
Minimum one year as esthetician
Current esthetician license in California – in good standing
Experience in microdermabrasion, facial peels, facial procedures, lash and brow tinting and enhancement
Computer skills and ability to learn client management software
Knowledge on skin typing, acne/hyperpigmentation, premature aging prevention and correction, medical grade skincare products and advanced aesthetic treatments.
Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Schedule:
2 days in SF
Occasional Saturday, planned in advanced
Compensation
Base hourly: $24-$30 Commission on services and retail
Salary : $24 - $30
