At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electric vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've achieved remarkable growth since our founding in 2013. However, our journey is just beginning, and we are looking for a results-oriented, driven professional to join us as we embark on this exciting new phase in the U.S. market.

This role is perfect for someone who excels at identifying opportunities, developing strategies to win new business, and building strong relationships to drive success. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the territory, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted partner and ambassador for PSI.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to demonstrate the value of PSI’s products, programs, and services.
- Respond to client inquiries, explore untapped opportunities, and expand customer relationships to maximize territory performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, set performance goals, and align on mutually beneficial strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and territory growth.
- Analyze market trends and client data to identify new ways to enhance engagement and outcomes.
- Work closely with the sales team to share insights, refine approaches, and achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships.
- High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- 3 years of account management or sales experience.
- Strong business acumen, particularly in the retail sector.
- Experience in a competitive product category or market is preferred.
- Hindi proficiency is a plus.
