What are the responsibilities and job description for the VISALIA 165-1 2nd Assistant 2nd Shift position at Pacific Southwest Container, LLC?
The successful bidder will work with the Operator during set-up run and TPM. He/she will take directions from the Operator and work closely to maximize machine efficiency.
SPECIAL EDUCATION SKILLS, TRAINING OR QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB: Must be knowledgeable in all normal box plant skills. Must be able to think in special terms. Possesses mathematical skills to convert to decimals. Basic tool knowledge is required. One to three months related experience and/or training required. Must have the ability to speak, read and write English.
A written exam will be administered to determine areas of spatial thinking, tool knowledge is required.
TRIAL PERIOD REQUIRED: 90 Days
