Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative should have strong Microsoft Office skills; is a critical thinker and problem solver; must be honest and dependable; have strong verbal and written communication skills; be detail oriented; able to stay focused in a very fast-paced environment; needs to work well independently and in a team; good interpersonal skills; and, have a positive, friendly and professional demeanor.
- Monitor inbox and order entry board to make sure that all orders are being entered in a timely manner
- Create and accept production entries as needed to complete orders and reprints
- Process order – accurately enter orders with great attention to detail, ensure that orders are priced correctly. Communicating with other departments to make sure that orders will be filled as requested by the customer
- Communicate stock availability, lead times and order status with customers. Create and send order confirmations
- Prints and double checks all labels and / or samples for accuracy. Creates new labels including ingredient declarations by verifying with QC & RD Maintain label inventory and reports when reorder levels have been reached
- Customer reports for daily orders
- Provide excellent quality service to our customers, vendors and co-workers
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Assist customers by resolving issues or complaints
- Other Duties as assigned
Education and Preferred Experience
- Some college preferred
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Salary : $18 - $25
