Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hand Therapist located in both our Seattle and Mountlake Terrace, WA locations. Role responsibilities include primarily evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with hand and upper extremity conditions. Day-to-day tasks include providing therapeutic interventions, fabricating orthotics, documenting patient progress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients on injury prevention and self-care techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in upper extremity rehabilitation and orthotic fabrication
- Proficiency in therapeutic interventions and treatment plan development
- Excellent documentation and patient education skills
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Relevant certifications and licensure in Hand Therapy
- Experience in musculoskeletal physical medicine is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
