Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hillsboro, OR, for a Tower Technician. The Tower Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and working with hand tools. The role also involves ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of wireless networking equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Hand Tools and experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Strong Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues effectively
- Experience in Wireless Networking
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Relevant certifications in tower climbing and safety are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is beneficial
- MUST HAVE CELL TOWER CLIMBING EXPERIENCE!!
