What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Pacific Steel and Recycling?
Pacific Steel is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage our steel customers' needs. As a steel service center, we provide a full line of steel products and processing services. We have an amazingly cohesive work environment, mainly because Pacific Steel is 100% Employee owned, so as a result EVERY employee has a significant stake in our success. We have an ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) that will surprise you in how lucrative it can be.
As an inside sales rep, you will be required to interact with our customers on a daily basis to quote and take orders. Must have computer skills and be comfortable speaking with and getting to know your customer base. Steel knowledge is a huge plus, but not a requirement. We would be willing to train the right person. Some of our customers have done business with us for many years, being able to build relationships of trust with your customers is a required skill.
