Serious direct hire career opportunity for an experienced Defense Lead Supply Chain Program Manager. Your experience with Program Management (Control Account Management, EAC,EVMS) and SME on Supply Chain is needed in this high profile position for a Billion Dollar Defense Leader in Northampton Massachusetts for Electo-optical imaging systems for Naval and Military Applications.
The Lead, Material Program Manager (MPM), for Maritime Imaging Systems in Northampton, MA will use their past experience in Supply Chain and/or Program or Product Management to lead a cross functional team to develop a robust Supply Chain Strategy and execute for key programs across the MIS Programs/Products.
In this highly visible role, the Lead MPM will collaborate across functions and be part of the Supply Chain team serving as a key interface to Program and Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also be a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain and Programmatic Practices.
Develop Supply Chain Estimates utilizing Risk & Opportunity for Best Case, Most Likely, and Worst case for ETC’s and New business Captures
Ensure compliance with all internal and external laws and regulations
Assist Program Finance in Rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short-Term Forecast, EAC and ETC
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years of prior relevant experience.
OR
Graduate Degree and 7 years of prior related experience.
Experience in Supply Chain and Program Management execution across a Product Life Cycle (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR etc.)
Earned Value Management experience / Previous Control Account Manager experience
Expertise in FAR, DFARS, ITAR
US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing technical statements of work
PMP Certification
Advanced degree
