Seeking experienced High Energy, Can Do – DoD Director Production Operations Electronics Manufacturing (EW, CCA, Naval) with active Secret Clearance with for Billion Dollar Leader in the Defense Industry in Camden, NJ

The Director, Operations Management directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets.

Seeking experience with Naval Projects

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree with 15 years of prior Director experience in a production environment.

OR Graduate Degree with 13 years of prior Director experience in a production environment

OR

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior Director experience in a production environment.

Must be a US Citizen.

Active Secret clearance at the time of hire.

Skills and Certifications [note: bold skills and certification are required]

MUST have manufacturing/production experience in a DoD Environment

Active Secret clearance at the time of hire

30% travel domestic and international - MUST have passport

Navy experience
