As an Annual Giving Student Program Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our fundraising and outreach efforts, all while building your resume and connecting with the Pacific community!
This position is only open to current Pacific University Students.
What is Annual Giving?
Annual Giving is all about building a strong, supportive Pacific community by inspiring alumni, parents, and friends to invest in the university’s mission. We focus on raising essential funds that support scholarships, programs, and opportunities for students like you! The Office of Development, which oversees Annual Giving, works to connect donors with ways to make a meaningful impact at Pacific.
What You’ll Do:
As part of the Annual Giving team, your responsibilities will include:
- Writing personalized thank-you notes to donors.
- Organizing, labeling, folding and stuffing envelopes for large mailings.
- Helping with follow-up fundraising calls to engage donors.
- Preparing materials for major fundraising events like Boxer Giving Day.
- Learning and using computer programs that keep our office running smoothly.
- Tackling other special projects that pop up throughout the year.
