- Checking out / in assessment tools and equipment.
- Copying and scanning.
- Data entry.
- Filing.
- Form design.
- Greeting guests and students.
- Laminating.
- Maintaining bulletin boards.
- Stocking supplies.
- Taking inventory of assessment tools, equipment, and / or classroom supplies.
- Tidying up classrooms, group study rooms, and the employee lounge.
- Typing projects in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Unlocking lockers, labs, and classrooms.
- Assisting faculty and teaching assistants with classroom / lab set up and clean up.
- Assisting faculty with research projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

- First, second, or third-year Pacific University School of Occupational Therapy student.
- Qualifies for Federal Work Study funding for the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Able to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with FERPA regulations and Pacific University's policies and procedures.
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills including the ability to work with diverse populations of students, staff, faculty, and community members.
- Self-motivated.
- Serves as an information source to students, staff, faculty, and community members.
