International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
Job Type: Part time/ Full time 24 to 36 hours weekly
Location: In Office Everett, WA
Compensation: $32.00 - $58.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Minimum two days weekly, Desired four days weekly. Average in-clinic days are 8.5 hours. No weekends or holidays.

Description:
Pacific Wellness is looking for an experienced International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) to support perinatal families in a clinic setting. This role includes hands-on support working with families experiencing complex infant feeding and lactation challenges. This role provides evaluation, management and counseling related to breastfeeding, lactation, perinatal care and more. Additionally this role supports the Family Nurse Practitioner in patient/client care and includes assistance in clinic procedures including but not limited infant frenectomy, therapeutic ultrasound, culture retrieval and more.
Required Qualifications:
- Current and good standing International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- 2 years experience working in lactation
- Excellent customer service, organization, multitasking and prioritization skills
- Clear communication skills verbally and written
- CPR certification (BLS for the Healthcare Provider)
Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in WA State
- Bachelors in Nursing (BSN)
- 3 years experience in postpartum and lactation care in-patient and outpatient
This position includes and is not limited to:
- Delivering hands on and virtual patient/client care within the scope of the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- Using professional Collaboration and Communication with members of the care team
- Documenting all patient and client care activities using the secure HIPAA compliant EHR
- Maintaining an updated professional license and updated appropriate professional certificates as applicable
- Other duties within professional scope and as agreed upon by all parties
