The Retail Sales Supervisor assists the Retail Manager with operations and support of Retail Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and/or closing store
- Deliver outstanding service to customers
- Generate sales and achieve sales goals
- Manage merchandising
- Protect and safeguarding company assets
- Minimum of six months of retail experience
- Reliable, confident, and outgoing personality
- High-level communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail while functioning in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 35lbs
- Must currently reside on Maui
- Must be 18 years old
