Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment, with current or recent tenure in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Competencies: Ability to work independently, adapt to changing environments, and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
