    Role Overview :

    The Remote Front Desk Agent serves as the virtual face of Pacifica Host Hotels ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient and friendly service. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a remote environment.

  • Achieve 100% accuracy in reservation management and financial transactions
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses 12 years of customer service experience preferably in hospitality or a related field
  • Shows proficiency in using computer systems and adapting to new technologies
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Displays cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest needs
  • Shows flexibility in working various shifts to accommodate different time zones
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality are a plus
