What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Pacifica Residential?
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as either an Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant. A positive attitude and an outgoing, energetic personality are helpful. The right candidate shall be experienced in customer service, resident retention, renewing leases, marketing, assisting the team in closing out work orders, following up with residents and applicants and increasing the occupancy of the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all marketing and leasing of the community
- Responsible for resident retention and lease renewals
- Maintain constant and detailed knowledge of market conditions and competition in the surrounding communities to better maximize rents
Skills:
- Prefer knowledge of Yardi property management software program
- Weekends are required.
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Excellent closing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English, Spanish is preferable but not required
- A keen eye for details
- The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks
- Reliable, meet deadlines, and be a team player
- Adaptable
- The desire to succeed
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Applicants must be able to work weekends.
