Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units.
- Conduct repairs on various equipment and fixtures, ensuring they meet safety standards.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and repair needs.
- Execute residential painting projects as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Lead small teams during larger maintenance projects, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and basic electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
