Pacifico Auto Group is searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity in the automotive industry? Our dealership is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for reconciliation.
• Prepare and issue payments via check, ACH, and other payment methods.
• Maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and financial reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of general accounting experience (dealership experience preferred).
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Organization skills are a must.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent
